Follow these steps to enable this protection:
Click Status in the main window.
In the Protection section, click Settings.
Click Unknown threats.
Make sure that the option Enable protection against unknown threats is enabled.
To enable this option, make sure that the option Enable behavioral analysis is selected (it is selected by default).
If you would like a warning to appear every time detects a network virus or other unknown threats, click Settings an select the box Show warning if viruses and other threats are detected.

In the Protection section, click Settings.
Click Unknown threats.
Make sure that the option Enable protection against unknown threats is enabled.
To enable genetic heuristic scanning of files, email, instant messaging and the Internet, make sure that the corresponding checkboxes are selected.
